I just wanted to thank you all for the hard work put into the properties. I know firsthand that this industry can be a thankless job. Well, the hard work did not go unnoticed. We had a visit from one of the owners yesterday and he said the properties never looked better. It’s a team effort here so we can’t do it without the hard work from our vendors.

Your team’s performance and attention to detail has given our neighborhood just the facelift it’s needed. Hiring the Baker Commercial Landscaping pros has proven to be a positive decision for our community.

I am compelled to write this letter regarding the excellent service your team provided my
properties. From the sales team to the installation team my experience was delightful. At Bob Jensen's suggestion I contacted Trey Rolquin who found the species of trees I was requesting. Darrin scheduled the installation date, which I had to change to work with mv sched ule , this was absolutely "no problem" for Darrin the date was altered to meet my needs. The morning of installation I got a call from Noah saying they were on the way and could I meet him on site. His team was responsive and professional and left the site in better condition then when they arrived. It is not always easy to find great employees in the service industry howe'(er; Baker Landscaping seems to have found the right team!

Jim Collins, in his book "Good to Great" talks about having the right people in the right place on the bus. I believe at Baker Landscaping you have the people on the right truck! These explementary employees should be recognized for their passion, professionalism and work ethics. Thank you and thank you to the Baker team for improving my properties!

Thank you so much for sending Mike out on Friday. He did such a great job of hunting down all the issues I had with my irrigation system. He found leaks in pipes and buried heads that I didn’t even know existing. He moved a couple heads to give the yard much better coverage. The whole system got a great tune up thanks to his diligence. I appreciate the time he spent with me.

Last Saturday night, Samantha, Mr. Short, Mr. Lackey, and I attended the UniCorp Christmas Party. UniCorp is one of the largest developers in Florida with over $2 Billion in developments. UniCorp has thousands of different vendors who work for them including us. During the party, Chuck Whittall (CEO of UniCorp), gave a speech and handed out an award for Vendor of the Year. Out of all the different vendors, Chuck awarded Baker Commercial Landscaping with Vendor of the Year!!! I’m still speechless from that night and it is a truly remarkable honor to be recognized in front of everyone with that award! I could not be prouder of Baker Landscaping! For everyone that is involved with UniCorp, thank you very very much!!

The Woman's Club of Winter Park building is 100 years old this year. We are opening the doors and giving tours on Sunday, February 21st from Noon to 4PM. Please feel free to stop by to tour the building and see your beautiful landscaping maintenance personally. As always the gardens are an ever evolving work of art, thank you all for making this possible.

The team did an incredible job installing over 70 bushes in my backyard. They checked all irrigation, moved heads, and even added some that were needed. All in all, I would refer them to anyone looking for a landscaping project team.

I can’t thank Baker Commercial Landscaping for the prompt and courteous service that is always rendered to me and my property. This past week my Pool man left me a note that said “you have a problem and you pool deck is about to collapse because of a broken sprinkler”. I immediately contacted Ted Baker who is a customer of mine and he got a crew out the next morning. They repaired the broken sprinkler fixed my pavers and installed sod on the eroded area. You would never know that anything was wrong after they left! Kudos to the Baker team and my area supervisor Leo, thank you for always caring about your customers.

Since December of 2007, when I purchased the Plaza at 1720 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Apopka, I have been using Baker Commercial Landscaping for all of my lawn and property maintenance. They have proved to be not only proficient in their work, but diligent and professional in their dealings with both my tenants and my office staff. Dear future Baker landscaping client, I have been a client of Baker Landscaping for almost one year. I was previously using a very large lawn fertilization company for over three years and I never understood why my lawn was so brown. Since choosing Baker, my grass has never been so green, and my azaleas have never bloomed so much throughout the year. My home is now the envy of the neighborhood. Baker Landscaping has truly taken a major responsibility off my plate. Not only does my yard look beautiful but I am saving money every month.

They were wearing all the proper PPE and making sure they were aware of the pedestrians that were in the area as well when the safety inspector for campus was observing them.
